I’m not one to complain about a business but I am very displeased with the service that was done on my 2022 Kia Rio. Had coilovers installed and car did not sound right when turning. Noticed that there was no preload on the springs. So talked to owner and took it back and they fixed it. After a few months noticed that there was noises coming from the front when turning again. Was unable to make it back to the shop since I live 2hrs away so had a family shop look into it and it was missing parts that were needed per Godspeed. Spoke with owner and he said since it has been so long, he can’t say whether I brought the needed parts or not, but he would be glad to help if I needing an alignment in the future. Aggrevated that I’m having to buy new parts again to make it right. Feel like the mechanics didn’t treat my vehicle with the same respect as they do with higher end cars.So if planning on using Pompeii to have coilovers installed, don’t make my mistake, make sure to ask for your factory suspension parts before leaving. I never got mine back.

I just picked up my Lexus 2001 GS300 from Pompeii Motorsports. They did an excellent job of balancing my new tires/rims, installing a cold air intake and installing a performance chip. Robert took his time to listen to me and what I was requesting. They did an excellent job and I'd highly recommend them.Dave

I've used Pompeii a few times for tire mounting and alignments with no complaints. They've been able to mount tires on high dollar wheels without scratching them up, as well as fulfill requests for custom race spec alignments that most shops won't do, including cars with fully aftermarket suspension and significantly more adjustability than normal.

Pompeii came highly recommended from my normal shop to diagnose a vibration issue on my vw atlas. They diagnosed the issue immediately, which was a damaged tire. I was on a strict schedule, leaving town in a couple days on a road trip so they recommended a local tire shop to get new tires that day and then Pompeii dialed in the alignment. Robert was honest and helpful, price was very fair, lower than what I was quoted at the tire shop. Highly recommended
